Our Hygiene Protection Guarantee

Covid-19 has brought about many changes and new challenges in the way we treat patients. We have invested a lot of time, effort and finances on refining our hygiene processes. 

When we are visiting patients for their appointments:

1. We are equipped with masks, gloves and Viraclean (disinfectant) wipes

(for more information about Viraclean, please click here)

2. All instruments that we use are disposable, wherever possible. When not, they are sterilised or disinfected to industry standard

3. All hard surfaces that were worked at or worked on are wiped down at the beginning and the end of each appointment


Booking an appointment

If you would like to book an appointment or refer a patient, you may either:

3. Fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page

Please ensure that you have the following information:

1. Name of patient/resident

2. Address of residence or care facility

3. Reason for visit (eg. broken dentures, loose dentures)

4. DVA Gold Card Number (for DVA Gold Card holders)

5. Medical information (if you are calling from a Care Facility)

6. If possible, send us an email with the "New Patient Form" completed
